Diagnosis and Troubleshooting – 1 device
With this order, you are booking a one-off inspection and troubleshooting service for a car radio, an electronic control unit (ECU) or another electronic vehicle device.
What is included?
We will examine the device you have sent in and investigate the cause of the fault described, insofar as this is possible using the available testing methods. The fee covers the diagnosis carried out – even if a repair is subsequently not possible or you do not commission a repair.
Repair work is not included in this price.
If a repair is possible, we will inform you of the estimated additional costs. We will only carry out repair work subject to a charge once we have received your approval.
This order applies to one device. A separate diagnostic order is required for each additional device or for a repeat inspection.
Sending in the device

Details of where to send it and what to include will be provided in the final step of the ordering process.
Please enclose your order number with the parcel, along with as detailed a description of the fault as possible, including the brand and model of the device. Pack the device carefully and, where possible, use a tracked delivery service. Please only include accessories if they are required for the inspection.
