Mercedes-Benz APS BT-2 BO5042 B01150 – Bluetooth 5.0 + AUX-IN Upgrade
This conversion upgrades your original car radio with an internally installed Bluetooth 5.0 receiver and AUX-IN while retaining the original appearance of the radio.
Bluetooth allows you to play music and internet radio wirelessly from a connected smartphone through the Becker radio. Audio transmission supports up to 16 bit / 48 kHz.
Bluetooth Operation
Standard configuration: Pressing the AM button activates Bluetooth. Pressing the FM button deactivates Bluetooth.
Volume continues to be controlled directly from the radio. Track selection is controlled from the connected smartphone.
Internal Bluetooth Conversion
The Bluetooth receiver is installed inside the radio. With the standard configuration, the AM/M channel is used for Bluetooth reception and is therefore no longer available for its original AM/M radio reception function.
AUX-IN
In addition to Bluetooth, car radio receives an AUX-IN connection for wired playback from an external audio source.
Shipping and Processing
Your car radio must be sent to PaulsWorkshop for the conversion.
Processing time is 1–3 days after receipt of the device.
